My journey in the culinary world began as an apprentice at Panzano, a
northwestern Italian restaurant, where I was proud to receive national
recognition for my work. Once completing the program, I was brought on
to join the culinary team at Mercantile in an effort to help lead a
new direction for the restaurant, and I’ve since worked my way up to
lead line cook for the dinner service. Alongside my kitchen work, I’ve
had the opportunity to represent the industry as Visit-Denver’s Junior
F&B Ambassador, traveling across Colorado to inspire students to
consider hospitality as a rewarding career path. Catering, for me,
started by accident—I hosted a dinner for friends, and the joy I felt
creating something so personal sparked a passion I’ve pursued ever
since. Over the past two years, I’ve poured that energy into building
a catering business that’s centered around one idea: no set menu.
Every event is tailored from scratch to fit each client’s taste,
vision, and budget. Whether I’m following specific requests or given
full creative freedom, I love crafting memorable experiences through
food.
